The Solution
From picture up to picture wrap.
SetHero is the software platform you run your shoot on. Build your call sheets from a centralized contact and scene database. Send call sheets via SMS and email. Track confirmations and create flawless production reports.
Step 1: Build tomorrow’s sheet.
Prep
Start from yesterday’s and drag in what changed. Smart Assist fills in the weather, sun times and overtime, and catches typos.

Send
Publish by text and email, and everyone sees their own call time. It opens like an app, with no download, and you can preview it first.

Shoot
See who’s confirmed, and reminders chase the rest. When the schedule moves, push one revision.

Wrap
The production report builds from the call sheet, with overtime, meal penalties, union-ready cast time logs and page counts already in. Download a watermarked PDF.

“I always use SetHero — at this point, it’s not even a decision!
The ability to see who has viewed and confirmed their call times makes it so that I don’t have to contact anyone directly at the end of an already long day of work.”
Behind the scenes:
The problem
Your production office is drowning in the least valuable work.
How do we know this? Because we’ve been in your shoes. We’ve been up at 2 am trying to make the fifth revision in a row to a call sheet, with angry crew texting you. It’s not fun. In fact, it sucks, and it doesn’t have to be this way.
Retype it all.
Schedule into the call sheet. Crew list into the call sheet. Then the same numbers again into the production report. By hand, every day.
Send it. Hear nothing.
It goes to the whole crew. Nothing comes back. Did the day player ever open the email? You don’t know, so you text them one at a time.
The schedule changes.
It’s 9 pm and scene 43 just moved to Thursday. Out comes the red pen. Fix the sheet, fix the report, save it as V4 FINAL FINAL.
Send it again.
Everyone gets the new version. Well, some of them. You’ll find out at crew call who’s still on the old one.
Before & after
Same shoot. Half the paperwork.
