A head start on the next day.

“I always use SetHero — at this point, it’s not even a decision!

The ability to see who has viewed and confirmed their call times makes it so that I don’t have to contact anyone directly at the end of an already long day of work.”

Talk to a dedicated rep

Yes. Add a call sheet to a blank day in your schedule, choose to copy data from a previous call sheet, and select the day to copy. Then review and update the details for your next shoot.

Yes. You choose recipients when publishing each call sheet. When republishing a revision, you can send it to the original recipients or select recipients again, so you can include a new guest or day player.

Edit the call sheet in revision mode, then republish when it’s ready. You can resend by text and email and choose whether to reset views and confirmations. For a small typo, you can update silently without sending another notification.

No. Recipients open their call sheet from a text or email in their phone’s browser. They can see their personal call time, confirm, and access the PDF and attachments without creating an account or downloading an app.

Yes. Import contacts from Excel and bring in scene data using SetHero’s supported imports, including Movie Magic Scheduling, Cinapse, Scriptation, and Think Crew. When source data changes, import the updated data; it does not automatically sync.

Talk to our team about your shooting days, team size, and how your production is organized. We’ll help you choose the project setup and plan that fits your show.
